Yardsellr is the most fun way to buy and sell online. Just like in a real garage- or yard-sale, having a yard sale on Yardsellr is a way of using your online neighborhood to buy and sell things. Yardsellr links to your social networking sites, like Facebook and Twitter, to connect you with friends, family and other people who buy and sell the same kinds of things you do.
Logging into Yardsellr happens through your Facebook account because Facebook is a quick and easy way to get your items seen by your friends and other Yardsellr users. You can invite all of your friends to your Yardsale event and ask them to promote your event as well. When your friends promote your Yardsale for you, even more people see the stuff you're selling. If your friends are nice enough to promote your Yardsale for you and they sell on Yardsellr as well, be sure and return the favor. We won't publish any of your Facebook information unless you give us permission to do so.
Tell everybody you know about how great Yardsellr is. Blog, email, Facebook share, Tweet and do whatever you can think of to get the word out there. You can get a FREE YARDSELLR T-SHIRT by helping us spread the word in a very big way. Some ideas for doing that:

After entering in your information it is securely stored and is quickly processed. The seller will then be notified of the transaction.
It's easy! You can comment on the listing, send them a email by clicking the envelope icon, or contact them through their Facebook account (both located on the bottom right corner).
On the far right of all the items there is an Buy Now button. Click the button to go to the check out page for that item. You can pay for your item either using your PayPal account or using a credit or debit card.
Sellers pay nothing to list or sell on Yardsellr. Sellers specify the purchase price of their items and can add shipping cost in a separate line. Sellers can also opt to invest in additional marketing (through Twitter, facebook, google, etc) but that's 100% optional. Yardsellr adds a small fee to the buyer's final cost which is displayed at checkout.

1. Click the "SELL" tab on the upper right corner of the page
2. Fill in the asking price, add a title and description that is clear and gives a lot of information, upload a photo or multiple photos, pick your choice on how you'd like to be paid and select delivery options
3. Click "Sell Now"
Posting a photo of what you are selling is very important. When you post an item for sale, there is a section to upload a handful of pictures. You can simply upload photos from your computer by clicking the "upload" button. There's also an even easier way to add photos to Yardsellr. If you have a phone that takes pictures, you can email those pictures from your phone to the email address given to you in the photo upload section and your photos will appear below. Be sure to pick the best picture as your primary picture.
Once you've posted something for sale, you can't edit the description. If you'd like to add additional information you can add a comment to the bottom of the item. Or just cancel and repost the item using the "Relist Feature" (it is easy to do!)
You have to have a Twitter account to Tweet. Tweeting is the verb of sending a message on Twitter. Tweeting your listings is a great way to promote your listing! If you have a Twitter account or once you get a Twitter account you can than click Tweet on Yardsellr to promote your item.
No, we won't publish your items on Facebook or Twitter unless you tell us that you want that to happen. Keep in mind though that publishing your listings to your friends on Facebook and followers on Twitter might help to sell your item
The graph tells you how many times people are looking at your listings. The more views a listing gets, the more likely it is to sell. Yardsellr gives you many ways to get more traffic to your listing including Hanging signs on Facebook and Tweeting your listings.
You will receive an email from Yardsellr@yardsellr.com notifying you of the sale which includes instructions and the name and address of the buyer.
You will receive an email from Yardsellr@yardsellr.com, giving you the price, the shipping cost, and the name and address of the buyer. You then pack and ship that item. Then you go to the listing of the item you've sold and add the shipping information. This will trigger an email to the buyer that you've shipped out the item and let Yardsellr know that you've shipped so we can pay you for the order.
When you list an item, you have a choice of how you will get paid, either a payment to go to your designated PayPal account or be sent by check from Yardsellr that is sent by mail. You need to pack and ship your item and then go to the listing of the item you've sold and add the shipping information. This will trigger an email to the buyer that you've shipped out the item and let Yardsellr know that you've shipped so we can pay you for the order.
Click on the item you want to cancel. On the right side, you will see "cancel item". Click: "I changed my mind about selling it" or "I made a mistake" or "I've already sold it" then click Cancel Item.
