The best way to drive repeat buyers is to offer GREAT Customer Service!
Great customer service starts with having clearly stated Policies (e.g.- How long it takes you to ship; Return Policies, etc). Communication is another key to great Customer Service. If there are any issues or delays in shipping the product, be sure to tell your buyer. Offering Photon$ as a reward for making a purchase goes along way to driving multiple purchases. |

Ask buyers to “Like” your Yardsale. If a buyer “Likes” your Yardsale they will see new items you list in their Facebook Feed.  To simplify finding items in your Yardsale, you should try using the new Categories feature. This feature allows you to group products together making it easier for repeat buyers to quickly browse your Yardsale. Don’t be afraid to include links to other categories in your listing description. |
