How do I cancel an order that was placed?

If you need to cancel a listing that has already sold, you need to contact Yardsellr at help@yardsellr.com and the buyer of the item within 48 hours of when the order was placed. Then you need to go back into the listing of the item that sold and request to have the item canceled and the money refunded to the buyer.

Wondering how to get to your listing page? You can find your Account page by first making sure you’re logged into Yardsellr and then clicking on your name at the top of the home page. You’ll land on your Account page where you can manage all of your Yardsellr activity. Then click on the Sold tab and find the listing that you sold.
