What do I do if I haven’t received my item?

| Please know that most of our sellers are super good about shipping out their items in a timely manner. If you’ve given it about 14 days from the item you’ve ordered, then you should first try to touch base with the seller. You can go to the listing of the item you bought and send a message to the seller under the “Meet the Seller” area on the listing page. If you don’t hear back within a couple of days, then please send us an email at help@yardsellr.com and we’ll work with you to come to a resolution. |
