I sold an item through local pickup. What do I do next?

The buyer has already paid Yardsellr, now you’ll meet with him/her to give them the item. Once delivered, go back and click on the link to your item that we sent in the notification email. It will take you to your item page. Once there, there’s an area on the right hand side of the page where you need to let us know that you’ve met the buyer and completed the transaction by marking shipped without tracking. We’ll get the notification and then we’ll pay you through your PayPal account or by check depending on how you preferred to be paid by us when you listed the item. If the buyer selected ‘local pick-up’ by accident (and really wanted the item to be shipped) you should contact your buyer to obtain their mailing address. Then email us at help@yardsellr.com with the tracking information to expedite the payment process. |
