How do I get paid for an item I sold?

When you’re notified that an item has sold, this means that the buyer has paid Yardsellr in full. Once you enter a valid tracking number on the listing page, the order becomes eligible for payment. We can pay as quickly as a few days through PayPal or your check should arrive in the mail within 10 days of your sale!

1) You’ll receive an email from us telling you that you’ve sold an item. Congratulations! (Please make sure to keep the email for future use)

2) Next step is for you to pack your item carefully.

3) When you’ve finished packing it, ship it out using one of the shipping services available like USPS, FedEx or UPS and be sure to get a tracking number. Please note that if your order is over $100, we require a valid tracking number, insurance and a signature confirmation to protect the seller and Yardsellr.

4) Once you’ve shipped please notify us so we can get you paid pronto. First go to the item’s page on Yardsellr. You can find a link in the email titled “Congratulations! You Sold: (Your Item)”.


5) If you are logged in you will see a button called “Enter tracking number, get paid”. Click this and fill out the form that appears.



6) Now its on us to get you paid in the way you chose when you listed the item (Check or PayPal)
