1) What does Yardsellr mean to you? 

Yardsellr means freedom! I have always worked for other businesses until I was hurt in an accident. I am now unable to hold down a full time job. With bills piling up and no means of support, I was forced to sell my comic book collection. I really couldn’t afford to pay the high fees that some others sites charge, so I went looking around at different sites. I swear I tried them all until I found Yardsellr. Right off the bat Yardsellr just “fit” me. The family-like atmosphere, the easy to use create your listing page and the fabulous photon$ all made selling really easy and cost effective. Now, I thank God for the accident! This is the first time in my life that I actually LOVE my job! I’ve been a seller on Yardsellr for exactly one year (May 20th) now and I don’t see myself leaving. I also thank all the great buyers and Yardsellr for not only helping to provide an income for my family, but also for giving me a sense of purpose and achievement. 
2) Do you have a favorite Yardsellr story?

I’ve had many favorite experiences on Yardsellr and it’s really hard to choose just one. However, I think my most favorite experiences have to deal with the employees of Yardsellr. For instance, Matt and I spoke over the phone one day regarding my place in Yardsellr. He spoke of how my efforts have really helped to build the Comics Block and create a great following. He made me feel great about myself and about what I was doing. The most recent favorite experience is when Ryan contacted me regarding this special honor of being a Community Superstar! This is just yet another way that Yardsellr has encouraged me and given me a sense of pride in my work. No other site builds up their sellers like Yardsellr. They actually want us to succeed! It’s been two of the greatest moments in not only my Yardsellr experiences, but my selling experiences in general. Thanks Yardsellr!  
3) Tips for other Yardsellrs:

The biggest part of Yardsellr is Facebook friends! When you make a purchase, add the seller as a friend. When you make a sale, add the buyer as a friend. Play any Facebook games? Get your teammates or neighbors to join Yardsellr! The more friends you have, the more sales you make and the more photon$ you get to spend :D You can also join in on Facebook groups. But the biggest tip I could give would be to have fun! This is not your typical selling site. Talk to your buyers and talk to your sellers. You’ll find that you will make some really great connections!

New Feature: View your Payment Status

Great news, you can now view the ‘Payment Status’ on any sale you’ve made!

Sellers have been asking for this so the Yardsellr team made it happen! We added a feature to your Account Page that displays the status of your payment, method of payment, order number and when your payment was disbursed.

All you have to do is:
1. Go to your Account Page
2. Click on the ‘Sold’ tab
3. Underneath any item that has sold, Click ‘More Info’ to see Payment Status
